Our employees feel the need to motivate way down deep in their bones. They get a high from helping others succeed. Part of their work/life balance is burning calories on-the-clock and because we have boutique hours, they get to enjoy nights and weekends with their families and friends.

This may sound crazy, but some of our employees had no kickboxing experience before working with us - just a passion for building up others with enthusiasm and an empathetic attitude. Most of our team enjoys a little competition because the thrill of the race pushes them to be their best - but that's what makes them great sales people too.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Flexible to work days, evenings, and Saturday mornings
1+ years of teaching fitness classes or personal training
CPR/AED Certification required within 60 days of employment
PREFERRED: Nationally recognized certification or degree in a related field
